Affordable Housing and Place-Based Community Development

Over a 30-YEAR period, hope has worked with multiple partners to develop 300 high-quality rental units and 12 affordable homeownership units; greenspaces, play spaces, and 7,500 square feet of community gardens; hope's offices and community center; and commercial spaces for neighborhood businesses.
