Functional industries, inc. (fii) has increased community outing opportunities by 80% in comparison to previous years. The dream (developing relationships, empowerment and motivation) program is fii's activities and enrichment program.

E1MN (employment first minnesota) is MN state agency partnership to advance employment outcomes for youth and adults with disabilities. Fii has a detailed curriculum to provide service to individuals in each areas of engage, plan, find, and keep framework for individuals on waivers and receiving vocational rehabilitation services.

The seek (supporting expanding employment knowledge) has geared focus on center based work training program called the skills hub. This has been an extension from the work training program in a curriculum and activity based form of learning about competitive integrated employment and building skills.
