Ongoing Case Management

The ongoing case management program provides case management services which focus on maintaining child safety while children are placed in out-of-home care and following reunification with birth parents along with achieving permanency for children in the most expeditious manner possible.

Mental health programs at wellpoint care network inc. Include the outpatient clinic and comprehensive community services (CCS). CCS provides therapeutic and mental health consultation services to children and families throughout southeastern wisconsin.

Treatment Foster Care

Provides treatment foster homes for boys and girls ages 0 to 18 that have special emotional, behavioral, and academic needs. Also, provides specialized services to prevent placement disruption, meet individual treatment needs, and achieve best possible outcomes for children and their families.
