Large grounds project installing new lawn at House entry including underground gopher protection grading of west lawn reseeding. Irrigation installed; outdoor lighting. Pad poured at bottom of terrace steps. These projects created a significantly improved area to host our events. Much of this work was capitalized.

Ongoing restoration repair and maintenance of North Star House provided by skilled volunteers and local professionals. Continued restoration of Mary Hallock Footes Office the Library and the Living Room especially ceilings and walls. Continued electrical work throughout the House.
