The organization receives grant funding for several continum of care programs designed to provide housing and support services for homeless persons. Some of these programs serve individuals and families who are considered disabled and chronically homeless.

The organization receives grant funding for several veteran programs which provide housing and supportive services to eligible homeless veterans. The homeless veterans per diem program and the health care for homeless veterans provides supportive services and housing to eligible homeless veterans.

Rental Program

Community rebuilders provides affordable rental units at rates below fair market value to low income households. This program provides an opportunity for individuals and families to rebuild their rental histories and secure rental housing despite poverty, past evictions, and poor credit.
