Advocacy & Clinic Program

Benefit navigator services were provided to assist older adults with access to basic needs and independence services. In addition, health screening and education services were offered to support healthy aging needs. Over 3,500 adults received over 15,190 units of service.

Approximately 1,600 at-risk adults were provided with 29,722 take-out, home cooked meals six days per week.

Transportation services for basic needs, non- emergency medical, and SOCIAL/RECREATIONAL activities were provided to 400 clients who travelled approximately 4,900 trips.
