Non-Residential Programs

Counseling programs provide specialized group and individual sessions to assist children and adults in healing from the effects of trauma due to domestic violence AND/OR sexual assault. Masters level therapists assist victims with safety planning, healing from trauma, improving coping mechanisms and re-establishing inner strength.

Residential

Oakland county's only 24 hour emergency shelter exclusively for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and their children. Case managers provide assistance with safety planning, employment, housing and medical needs. Residents have access to a communal kitchen and pantry.

Social Action

The social action program addresses the immediate safety needs of domestic and sexual violence victims through 24-HOUR advocacy and crisis intervention services. Advocates offer support, information and referrals for victims through all stages of criminal and civil proceedings including assistance with personal protection orders.
