Where the work happens
World Renew works in community development by training people in agriculture, health, income earnings, literacy, justice education, small business development, and leadership skills. Over 263,900 individuals were served this fiscal year.
World Renew provides disaster survivors with volunteer assistance. Approximately 200 volunteers offered over 8,200 volunteer hours serving to clear debris, assess needs, repair & build homes and start community organizations.
World Renew educates constituency and provides opportunities, through work groups and volunteer positions, for people to serve in North America and overseas in community development. In this capacity, over 100 volunteers contributed approximately 1,800 hours.
