Farm to Family Food Box Program

Provided $28788.12 for funding the farm to family program. An average of 65 boxes of fresh produce was delivered to low-income families and individuals 60 or older from jan 2022-DEC 2022. The food box program also integrates healthy living and nutrition education.

Healthy nevada was approved $75,000 in arpa funds from the city for our youth diversion program. $31250.00 was used to start the program. This program provides support within the nevada r-5 school system to youth and their families who have youth exhibiting at-risk behaviors.

Provided $48,482.35 to support the mental HEALTH/TRAUMA informed school projects. A trauma informed conference was presented to the nevada r-5 school district in january 2020.
