The developmental trauma and attachment program is a residential treatment program that provides services 24/7 to male and female youth ages 6 to 17 in a cottage environment. This program serves children with severe attachment difficulties by helping them gain the capacity to form reciprocal relationships.

The special education program is an on-campus accredited school that is approved as a non-public special education facility by the illinois state board of education. It serves students in chaddock's residential program as well as youth from quincy and the surrounding area who have not experienced success in the traditional public school…

Chaddock serves the community as a private service foster care agency. In FY20 chaddock served 434 youth averaging eight years old. Of the children served during FY20, 151 of these youth achieved permanency by either returning home or having their adoptions finalized.
