Community Ownership

Programs awaken individuals' sense of ownership and pride in their communities, enabling residents to be agents of change in their communities, schools, and parishes. TRP develops in individuals the skills, knowledge, and tools to be confident, engaged residents.

Stewardship of Community Assets

Fosters the preservation and creation of balanced communities by developing projects and policies that combat housing displacement of underserved populations. TRP provided affordable rental housing to 1,032 persons across 608 units in 2021.

Offers comprehensive bilingual financial education and counseling. TRP increases low- and moderate-income families' knowledge and ability to make healthy financial decisions, building credit among traditionally underserved populations, and shrinking the racial wealth gap through homeownership.
