Aba is a trade Association established for the purpose of serving the baking industry. The association's activities include encouraging legislation and regulations in the best interest of the baking industry, increasing public understanding of the baking industry, educating members concerning compliance with federal and state laws, providing a forum for industry meetings, and supplying the wholesale baking industry with workforce training programs. Aba is dedicated to the principles of free enterprise, competition and the economic health of the entire food industry, and functions primarily in the areas of government relations (federal and state), industry relations, communications, research, conventions and meetings. Aba encourages membership involvement in all phases of its activities and recognizes that membership involvement is essential to the successful achievement of its goals.
