Chapter assistance. The fraternity has chapters located throughout the united states. The fraternity supports the development of these chapter facilities and building corporations by lending money, managing property sites, and acting as project manager for non-managed property renovations.

Educational leadership consultants. Alpha xi delta employed eleven educational leadership consultants to travel to the chapters of alpha xi delta to assist them with member development, officer transitions, recruitment planning, public relations, and other aspects of chapter operations.
