Research

Study, and publication of developments in tension and trauma releasing exercises (tre) that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. Our goal is to enable access to tre for a wide range of communities, including military veterans, sports, medical professionals, and disadvantaged groups.

The dissemination and provision of information that supports the global tre community with activities such as workshops, trainings, certification, and mentoring. By enabling more people to become certified tre providers, we deputize active followers to further grow the community and expand tre outreach.
