To provide transitional housing and rental assistance to 16-24 year old homeless young adults. Young adults stay at the transitional living home until they feel ready to move into their own apartment. Rental assistance and case management is provided for up to 24-months at which time the young adults is self-sufficient.

The transitional Living program provides congregate housing for 16-19 year old homeless young adults while they attend/complete their education. Case management, life skills education and support are provided to help them prepare for independent living.
