The core program activities of wolf park are general public education and the care of the resident animal ambassadors. The park hosts the general public throughout the year. In 2020, the park was closed to the public under state mandate from march 17-JUNE 17 due to the pandemic.

Wolf park presents seminars on a variety of topics including wolf and dog behavior, wildlife photography, and animal training. In 2020, we had to cancel all of our in-person seminars due to the pandemic, but we did continue outdoor photography programs as soon as it was deemed safe.

Wolf park maintains a very active research and education program under the leadership of DR. Clive wynne with the assistance of DR. Gordon burghardt. Several studies with the wolves have been completed and the results published in scientific journals.
