The conclave is a four-day, three-night event held on the campus of an indiana college or university. We have a variety of events taking place over the long weekend including a business meeting, election of state leaders, banquet, awards and honors being announced and presented, along with various athletic competitions and games for the…

Other events including sweetheart dance; state ritual tournament; broomball, basketball and billiards tournaments; state congress; and other events. 2024 attendance was 116 adults and 294 youth. Grant-hamill foundation hosted the heartland ritual tournament in 2024 with 34 adult and 90 youth attendees.
