Cisp serves the construction industry in northeast ohio by its many safety programs designed to increase skills, abilities, and safety awareness. Jobsite safety inspections and safety training are available to all members, as well as classroom training. Annual and random drug testing is also available to all members.

Cisp provides trustee services to many different multi-employer healthcare and retirement funds. Cisp has a robust workforce development program designed to attract new and diverse talent into the construction industry.
