Broken connections, inc. (bci) is the only nonprofit program in the city of east cleveland that serves runaway and homeless youth ages 10 to 17 by providing outreach, emergency shelter, and supportive services to reunite families and strengthen family ties.

Bci empowers families in east cleveland by assisting homeless and runaway youth. Our goal is to strengthen families. Youth can access services as residents or nonresidents. Bci has 12 emergency shelter beds available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for runaway and homeless youth.
