We believe that for our community to prosper, each of us must have the opportunity to succeed. El Barrio connected over 1,000 diverse individuals with challenges to employment who want to enter the workforce, change their career path or connect to higher wage opportunities. El Barrio connects each individual with supportive service, job training and local hiring employers with the goal of long term family-sustaining wages. Through El Barrio services, employers have access to a diverse, culturally competent and talented pool of work ready candidates from the communities they operate in.
