Fund Raising

During the fiscal year, PDT properties association has been primarily involved with raising funds to maintain the facility, constructed by the organization during fye 5/31/05, that is used as a meeting place by PDT properties association members and by active members of the phi delta theta fraternity.

Reunions/Gatherings

PDT properties association coordinates events for the benefit of its members at various times during the year, including texas tech university homecoming weekend, the anniversary of the fraternity's founding, etc.

Support Services

PDT properties association assists the fraternity through offering assistance to the fraternity in recruiting new members, providing scholarships to members, and connecting active members of the fraternity to alumni.
