Through its chain of rural training centers, anudip's market aligned skills training (mast) program provides integrated courses in it, spoken english, workplace readiness, soft skills, entrepreneurship, accounting, resume writing and job interviewing.

Anudip's developing rural entrepreneurs through adoption and mentoring (dream) program empowers its graduates to start their own it-enabled businesses. Dream provides entrepreneurship training and high-touch mentoring in additon to the mast curriculum.
