PROVIDER SERVICES The Soaring Eagle Center is a Medicaid Waiver program provider offering services for HCS Home and Community-based Services and Texas Home Living. Our support includes community assistance, respite care, transportation, nursing, speech and occupational therapies, and behavioral support.
