Health and Social Services Programs

La plaza offers health and social services that target and meet the needs of the latino community. This includes, but is not limited to wic, immunization clinics, emergency assistance with RENT/MORTGAGE and utilities, employment counseling, food access, services for victims of domestic violence and holiday assistance.

Education Programs

La plaza's tu futuro program encourages and supports latino youth to pursue a post secondary education through a series of workshops, presentations, individual consultations, college visits and community service projects. Students are provided with information about the college application process, financial aid and scholarships.

La plaza's latino opportunity center (loc) is to provide support and coaching to latino adults in central indiana to move from unemployment into promising and stable careers while building long-term financial stability.
