Bee Cave Arts Foundation was formed in 2009 and celebrated its 15th anniversary with special events in 2025. The Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit with a Mission to enrich community life by connecting people of all ages to art through exhibitions classes youth programs community projects and an inspiring sculpture park. Since 2009 the Foundation has built the Bee Cave Sculpture Park placed artist-created benches across Hill Country Galleria hosted hundreds of exhibitions of student and professional artists and offered year-round classes and summer art camps for youth.

Bee Cave BuzzFest, A Winter Light Festival was a three-day outdoor public art event. The Central Plaza in the Hill Country Galleria was the centerpiece of the event featuring the integration of light, art, and sound.
