In recognition of the need to promote the overall achievement levels of young people, the Colquitt County Packer Foundation INC. Is formed to promote the advancement of the programs of the Colquitt County public school system (the "system") by providing financial and volunteer support to the students, principals, teachers, and coaches of the system in the development of interscholastic student programs, by providing tax-exempt status to various activity specific support clubs ("clubs"), by raising funds to supplement club efforts, by providing governance and accounting oversight, by facilitating consistent communications, and by leveraging volunteer efforts.
