Awareness and Advocacy

We raise awareness of parkinson's and create connections in our community by sharing stories of people impacted by parkinson's, including our podcast series on time: a parkinson's podcast. We are also partners with national and international parkinson's advocacy groups.

Classes and Events

We host monthly webcasts, weekly mindfulness classes, eight-week mindfulness courses, and storytelling workshops for people with parkinson's and their care partners. We also hold local events, including meet-up groups for the parkinson's community.

Our website has a comprehensive library of educational resources for people with parkinson's, including publications for living with the disease, videos and recordings to help people exercise regularly, eat healthy, and improve their mood, and stories from our community.
