Introductory, vocal and percussion ensembles served over 300 students, many of whom received full or partial financial aid for high quality classes with leading seattle jazz instructors.
Summer Camps
A summer program that teaches both musical skills and leadership skills and provides opportunities for community service to a diverse group of students, including low income and minority students. 200 students served.
K-8 School Music Programs
Operating 3 different programs in schools: foundations - serving 100 students in 4 different schools teaching beginning instrument skills; ukelele protest songs - serving 80 students in 3 different schools; jazz story time - serving 60 students in 5 different pre-school programs.
