World Water Project worked to support the medical work of the Ida Harris Medical Clinic in Uganda. The Ida Harris Clinic provides medical care to the poor and underserved in Kabermaido, Uganda. Basic medical care and obstretics (birthing) are the main services provided along with a pharmacy.

World Water Project solely supports the work of the Jesus Leaders Network (JLN), a Christian discipleship ministry that reaches several major cities around Uganda. Over 175 small groups that represent over 900 people meet on a weekly basis to study materials provided by the ministry.

World Water Project through its TivaWater project, aims to provide clean drinking water to the poorest people in the developing world. In 2023, World Water Project delivered and distributed TivaWater filters to 800 families (estimated 8,000 family members) in Uganda and Guatemala.
