The mission of the Camp Surefire Foundation is to support and manage Camp Surefire, rhode island's only Camp for children with type I diabetes; to create a community of learning about diabetes between campers and their peers, counselors, and medical staff; and to promote the development of life-long skills and relationships which will minimize the impact of diabetes on the participant's lives.

Camp surefire foundation has supported and managed rhode island's only camp for children with type I diabetes. We have promoted education about diabetes between campers and their peers, counselors, and medical staff; and the development of life-long skills and relationships minimizing the impact of diabetes on participant's lives.
