Heavens Helpers is a is a 501-(c)(3)corporation organized under the State of North Dakota. The organization has a Board of Directors that oversees the decision-making of current needs, financial matters, and ensures that the ministry is compliant with and accomplishes the stated mission. The soup kitchen formed to help feed the needy.

The Heaven Helpers operates a used household furniture and fixtures (Repurpose Store). Donations of usable products are repurposed and available for sale.

Heaven Helpers operates a used clothing (Closet 701) whereby those in need are able to obtain clean, used clothing and other usable household items that have been repurposed. There is no charge for any of these items.
