Tema conference 2025 was held in-person & virtually to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas for issues relating to the profession of the members (approximate ATTENDANCE:450).WE continued to offer the newly created tema symposiums in new mexico.

Provided accredited texas energy manager (aem) courses to members seeking to further professional development in the areas of energy efficient management practices. Administered exam for aem credential. At the end of 2025, there were 110 aem-credentialed energy managers in our association.

1 new chapter was formed in the northern new mexico area. This makes a total of 13 regional chapters and 1 virtual CHAPTER.CONDUCTED hybrid monthly meetings in some chapters and in-person chapter meetings all over the association.
