Support

Have developed and established ten Free Family Support Groups and provided training and certification to all including newly certified facilitators. Have established six peer led connection recovery Free support groups for individuals with a mental health condition.

Education

Families in Action FIA held four ten-week educational classes to 119 family members who have a loved one with a mental illness. In Our Own Voice IOOV held five anti-stigma presentation to 295 participants through out the community.

Communications

Created and mailed over 2,000 quarterly printed newsletters to NAMI Metro members Created and distributed monthly e-news through constant contact and this sends out 1,500 per month over 18,000 per year Monthly General Education Meetings also target communications on Research Agency changes to mental health services new services in the…
