Youth build offered certification pathways in high demand fields to include: construction trades and healthcare certifications. Participants were also able to obtain their ged AND/OR high school diploma.
Critical repair is there to meet the expanding needs of the healthcare workforce and participants can earn credentials in phlebotomy and certified nursing assistant. Participants can also pursue training to obtain a commercial driver s license preparing them for jobs in transportation logistics and commercial delivery
Workforce development serves adults 25 and older with an emphasis on individuals who face an elevated risk of re-offending due to economic insecurity, limited educational attainment or challenging social and personal circumstances.
