Family supportprovided support to more than 400 families through the support line. Nearly 2,000 people attended 198 hours of support groups. Added a new support group dedicated to early pregnancy loss, and expanded the number of sessions for our fathers and grandparents group.

Educationlaunched the international partnership for perinatal excellence (ippe) professional network, education and certification program. Certified the first 20 ippe members. Added 14 new virtual education modules for health professionals. Hosted 14 new in person education workshops.
