On october 28, 2019, cape cod child development, inc. Filed a petition for relief under chapter 7 of the united states bankruptcy code, and david b. Madoff of madoff & khoury LLP was appointed as the chapter 7 trustee. As of the end of october 2019, all remaining employees of cape cod child development, inc.
