Laurel hill center provided recovery-oriented services to 835 adults with schizophrenia and other severe and persistent mental illness. Services included outreach, supported housing, supported employment, supported education, peer support, strengths-based care management, medication management, and assertive community treatment.

Sweep optical provides training and employment for people with disabilities. Employees earn competitive wages in the manufacturing and packaging of prescription eyewear ordered by over 200 optometrists and other eye care providers statewide. Our largest contract is with the division of medical assistance programs, oregon health authority.

Laurel hill center provided affordable housing to people with serious mental illness and poor rental histories or reintegrating into the community after hospitalization. We have 57 apartment units (98 beds), as well as 3 short-stay, staffed beds for 1-7 nights for individuals during periods of crisis.
