Support to James Bowie Elementary Teachers and Staff

The James Bowie PTA supports the teachers and staff at James Bowie Elementary throughout the school year by providing funding for supplies and programs that are used to enhance learning in the classroom.

The PTA funds programs for the students of Bowie Elementary that gives them to opportunity to enrich learning outside of the classroom. Examples include the Beanstack reading program, science camp, Destination Imagination, and multiple author visits throughout the school year.

The James Bowie PTA provided training in the Capturing Kids Hearts program for Bowie Elementary teachers who had not previously received the training.
