In the Indiana program, Real Alternatives acts as the statewide administrator for the Indiana Pregnancy and Parenting Support Services Program funded by the Indiana State Department of Health(IDOH). During the fiscal year of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, state and U.S.

In the PA program, Real Alternatives acted as the statewide administr- ator for the PA Pregnancy and Parenting Support Services Program fund- ed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) to provide alternative to abortion services to eligible women to empower them to choose childbirth rather than abortion.

Effective December 31 2023, Pennsylvania Governor Shapiro did not renew the PA Pregnancy and Parenting Support Services Program. Real Alternatives began a Privately-Funded PA Program to empower women to choose childbirth rather than abortion.
