Staff development: $100,000 ($10,000 x 10 affiliates) the kendal charitable funds board offered a grant opportunity in 2022 to each kendal affiliate to support their ability to address workforce challenges with a focus on the kendal diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (deib) pillars.

Lloyd Lewis Promising Innovations Grant

$12,500 the 2022 promising innovations grant cycle focused on the national workforce shortages facing the healthcare system, particularly the shortage of skilled workers in the field of aging services. Funding was approved during the october 2022 board meeting for the academy of hope adult public charter school (aoh).
