Where the work happens
Education Services
Hopephl continues to partner with the school district to assist in the identification of children and youth who are mckinney-vento eligible and provided supportive services including rental assistance to their families. Our PCCD contract enabled us to address the counseling needs of students who have experienced trauma.
Social services fy 2024 marked the first full year of operations post-merger. In fy 2025, hopephl continues to provide an array of housing programs with supportive services to youth and families experiencing homelessness.
Prevention/Diversion
This year, with an award from TD'S housing for everyone competition, hopephl continued their provision of rental and utility assistance to families at risk of being evicted. In partnership with penn hospital's violence prevention program, hopephl received a grant from the philadelphia coalition to save lives to provide rental assistance…
