To operate a skilled nursing home primarily for the sisters of saint joseph of chestnut hill as well as for lay residents as room is available. INFIRMARY/CONVENT facilities are available for the retired members of the sisters of saint joseph of chestnut hill. Saint joseph villa had a total of 99,138 resident days.
