Birch hill terrace adopted the dba riverwoods manchester (RWM) in FY21 and has been affiliatied with riverwoods since 2016. As a type b contract, not-for-profit continuing care community (CCRC) our primary service is to provide housing, health care services, food services, and security to older adults over age 62.
