Homeownership Program

We build new homes or purchase distressed and blighted properties for home ownership. Homes are built to match the neighborhood they are located and are carried at appraised value, usually compatible to surrounding properties. Volunteers are utilized for construction and supervised by habitat staff adhering to strict safety protocols.

Restore Program

The morris habitat restore, a retail outlet selling donated new and gently used furniture, appliances and building supplies, benefits the community by providing lower-cost items for sale, and the environment by keeping items out of the landfills.

Home Repairs Program

We provide homes repairs to existing lower-income homeowners who do not have the resources to make the repairs themselves. It is also used to modify a home to an adaptive use for the homeowner due to changes in their situation.
