The foundation held its annual, competitive leadership academy which trains the next generation of leaders and manager in the growing worldwide toll industry to perform their jobs effectively an serve the public interest.

The foundation performs several annual service projects to assist the community. In 2023 the foundation supported the nashville food project (TNFP) at the community farm at mill ridge. The project volunteers constructed a 5,000-GALLON water tank, three new water catchment stations, built a machine shed, expanded the apiary by building…

The scholarship program is an annual selective process through which the ibtta foundation provides college scholarships to undergraduates working towards a transportation-related degree at an accredited university. In 2023 the foundation funded seven $5,000 scholarships. Fundraising events provided much of the funding for this program.
