Ahni owns 399 affordable housing rental units and manages 18 affordable housing rental units, for a total of 417 rental units intended to be rented to individuals and families with low to very low income. Income between 50% and 80% of area median income (ami) is "low income- and income between 30% and 50% of ami is "very low income".
