Workforce innovation and opportunity act (wioa), dislocated workers and adults - assists individuals who have been recently displaced from employment or have suffered long-term unemployment. Individuals are provided with targeted assessment, career case management and job development assistance.

Youth development (workforce innovation and opportunity act (wioa) and tanf funded programs) - assists low-income residents between the ages of 14 and 21 in receiving career counseling and educational assistance in order to develop skill sets to obtain jobs within the community.
