For Habitat/Forest Restoration, The Fund made grants to Truckee River Watershed Council, Tahoe Truckee Community Foundations Nature Fund, Mountain Area Preservation, Sugar Pine Foundation and the National Forest Foundation to support forest management and habitat restoration.

The Workforce Housing Fund has implemented a down payment assistance program for home puchases in the Truckee region. The Fund made grants to the Sierra Community House of Truckee and the Emergency Warming Center for emergency assistance for low income families.
