Hurricane Harvey Restored 25 homes in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey at an average cost of $10,150 per home. These homes are primariy for families at or below 50% AMI, disabled, ederly, single moms, and widows. People who do not have the financial means or physical capacity to repair their own homes.
