Program funded by aoa and CMS to identify and enroll medicare beneficiaries in the medicare part d low income subsidy and medicare savings programs.

State Health Insurance Assistance Program

Assists older americans and those with disabilities on MEDICARE/MEDICAID issues. Provides training to volunteers to assist citizens at the local level with these issues. Provides training to those who work with older americans and the disabled on MEDICARE/MEDICAID related issues.
